Ableton hat eine neue Website im Netz, die dem geneigten User die Grundlagen der Musik näher zu bringen versucht. Egal, ob man Abletons Software nutzt oder nicht.
Eine kleine Schule für Beats, Noten, Skalen, Akkorde, Basslines und Songstrukturen. Die Website ist interaktiv und kann einiges, wofür man vor 20 Jahren noch verdammt viel Geld hinlegen musste. Soweit hat es die Demokratisierung von Produktionssoftware heute gebracht. Klasse!
Ableton even uses real songs as examples, breaking down tracks like Beyoncé’s ‘Single Ladies’, Bob Marley’s ‘Get Up, Stand Up’ and Robert Hood’s ‘Ride” to demonstrate how the key concepts work.
There’s also a section that Ableton calls “The Playground”, which allows you to experiment with all the techniques and create tracks. You can even export your finished music to Ableton Live.
