Schmelzendes Zelluloid als Projektion: Surface ii

Ich hatte hier vor längerer Zeit mal einen Artikel über die Anfänge des VJings. Dafür nahm man sich damals 8mm Filme und brachte die in einem Projektor zum Schmelzen. Ähnliches macht Sam Spreckley heute immer noch und es sieht immer noch fantastisch aus. „Surface ii, newest video work by the British artist Sam Spreckley. The piece explores the manipulation of celluloid and the relationships between sound and image. 8mm, HD transfer, digital sound design.“
