This cube balances itself on one of its corners or an edge using three reaction wheels mounted inside the cube. A microcontroller takes readings from an inertial measurement unit and converts them to control signals for three brushless DC motors which drive the reaction wheels.

Die japanische Zen-Tänzerin Miyoko Shida kam vor zwei Jahren in eine dieser überflüssigen Fernsehshows und präsentierte dort eine Mixtur aus Balance und Konzentration. Und mal unabhängig davon, dass das bei einem so unsäglichem Format stattfand, wie krass bitte ist das denn?
