					<description><![CDATA[Well, it&#039;s not that bad. I moved from Germany to Norway a couple of years ago. The fact that the Norwegian language isn&#039;t that different from the German one, might have helped a bit, but it&#039;s also important for me to actively socialize. Without that I would be screwed ;)
It&#039;s not hard and it&#039;s not easy - you get used to that, if you want to.
But for teaching those employees how the other side feels I think this is a good way to go.]]></description>
