Robag Wruhme – Cologne Stream Mai 2020

Dear people,

we decided to publish the set from Cologne. The set is not very good in terms of mixing. That annoys me most of us, but I won’t shorten or cut anything out because I don’t think I’m a DJ who would ever think of pressing the sync-button. I am not perfect as we all cannot be perfect. In addition, the monitor-boxes could not be operated at full power because there were residents around and you know that the most important thing about our music is the loud volume. „Calma Calma“ dear music-police!
It is also not easy to play music these days as the most important thing is missing from such streams – which is You. You as a crowd. I miss your smile, your closed eyes dancing and now and then the little tear. Everything I see in front of me is nothing. This is strange and not complete for me.
I am very grateful for all the feedback from around the world. That left me very speechless here in little Weimar. Think of your clubs, your festivals, your newspapers, your labels, your record stores, your DJs and your musicians. They all gave and give you the food (music).

Doku-Trailer: Drum & Bass – The Movement

20 years that changed our lives: Drum & Bass: The Movement is a feature-length documentary that captures a specific and intense slice of drum & bass and jungle culture’s rapid acceleration from 1996 – 2016. Brought to you by Drum&BassArena, featuring Goldie, Andy C, Roni Size, DJ Flight, Grooverider, Ed Rush & Optical, Mefjus, Friction, El Hornet, Chase & Status, plus many more pioneers, as well as exclusive unseen footage from our scene’s rich history.

Drum & Bass: The Movement explores how a unique UK club culture rose from an underground movement to become a global phenomenon infiltrating and influencing disciplines from mainstream pop music to video games. From dubplates to mainstream crossovers, to the labels, the tracks and the clubs that shaped the game, Drum & Bass: The Movement is a snapshot of jungle drum & bass history and how it’s always been much more than a genre of dance music: it’s a lifestyle. The movement continues…

An enormous aquarium with perpetually crashing waves has popped up amidst an urban landscape in South Korea, but don’t expect to hear the water sloshing around if you walk by. Designed by District, the elevated tank is actually a massive anamorphic illusion. The digital media company created the public project utilizing the world’s largest advertising screen that spans 80.1 x 20.1 meters. As shown in the video, the deceptive aquarium looms over the outdoor area and splashes repeatedly into the sides.

(Crocs + Dr. Martens = CrocMartens) It was the photoshopped lovechild of the crocs and Dr martens boots that circulated around the internet in various memes in 2016. The two companies never actually made this boot so I decided to take up the mantle and make one of the internets finest fake products.
