So, wie man damals eben gekocht hat. Nichts mit Umluft, Grillstufe und Thermomix. Diese Rezepte findet er in alten Kochb\u00fcchern aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Nicht nur f\u00fcr Kochinteressierte, f\u00fcr die aber bestimmt besonders spannend. <\/p>\n<p>In seinem aktuellen Video erkl\u00e4rt und zeigt, wie man im 18. Jahrhundert H\u00fchnchen frittiert hat. Und wer keine Angst vor literweise \u00d6l \u00fcber offenem Feuer hat, kann das gerne mal nachmachen.
