Offiziell durfte man andere Sender, die aus dem deutschen Nachbarland n\u00e4mlich, auch nicht sehen, was uns nicht davon abhielt, das dennoch zu tun. Trotzdem: TV-Sender waren gemessen an dem heutigen \u00dcberangebot eher sp\u00e4rlich ges\u00e4t. <\/p>\n<p>Sp\u00e4rlicher allerdings geht es noch heute in Nordkorea zu. Dort gibt es nur einen landesweiten Fernsehsender, das <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Korean_Central_Television#Sendeinhalte\">Koreanische Zentrale Fernsehen<\/a>.  Das Programm ist recht \u00fcbersichtlich und es gibt, so wie bei uns damals, noch einen echten Sendeschluss.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Programmablauf:<\/strong><br \/>\nIm Folgenden der gew\u00f6hnliche Programmablauf an Werktagen (Korean Standard Time):<\/p>\n<p>14:30 Testbild mit instrumentaler Musik (Orchester der Nationalen Volksarmee, Wangjaesan Light Music Band und Pochonbo Electronic Ensemble)<br \/>\n15:00 Programmstart (Nationalhymne, Kim-Il-sung-Lied, Kim-Jong-il-Lied und Programmvorschau)<br \/>\n15:10 Film (gezeigt werden meistens nordkoreanische Produktionen) oder Dokumentationen<br \/>\n17:00 Nachrichten<br \/>\n17:10 Schlagzeilen aus den nationalen Zeitungen<br \/>\n17:20 Kinderprogramm<br \/>\n18:00 Dokumentationen (sp\u00e4ter auch Comedy und Musik, z. B. It\u2019s So Funny)<br \/>\n20:00 Nachrichten<br \/>\n20:20 Wetterbericht<br \/>\n20:30 Film (gezeigt werden meistens nordkoreanische Produktionen), Sport oder Serie<br \/>\n22:00 Dokumentationen<br \/>\n22:30 Sp\u00e4tnachrichten<br \/>\n22:45 Wetterbericht<br \/>\n22:55 Programmvorschau und Verabschiedung<br \/>\n23:00 Einblendung EBU-Farbbalken<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Irgendwer hat sich jetzt mal hingesetzt und irgendwo eine Stunde den Stream von Korean Central Television (KCTV) aufgezeichnet und auf YouTube geladen. So also geht es im nordkoreanischen Fernsehen zu. Wieder was gelernt. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;Browsing around on the net late at night yesterday, I found a link someone had posted to 4chan of a stream that could be added into VLC relaying back a seemingly hacked live feed of North Korean television. North Koreans only have working TV for 8 hours on the weekend (which, due to their strict 6 day workweek, is only one day) and 3 hours after 5PM on weekdays, other than that it gets completely shut off. I recorded about an hour of it to share. The dangers of using commercial electronics, maybe using them to spy on you?<\/p>\n<p>10:30 \u2013 Boy and mother being brainwashed by a (Catholic?) priest and then the priest kills the boy, obviously about how dangerous western religions are<\/p>\n<p>18:30 \u2013 ode to the patriotic tractor? Ends in a reference to 1955<\/p>\n<p>20:00 \u2013 Ebullient woman talking about making clothes, complete with lots of certificates of some sort commentary and scenes about making fabric and clothes.<\/p>\n<p>29:30 \u2013 Rock mining. People drilling rocks, and rock being dumped as fill? I couldn\u2019t tell if this was about the rock being used, or if it was about making a tunnel<\/p>\n<p>35:00 \u2013 A bunch of images of people working, marching, doing things with a soundtrack of singing. Getting a little glazed eyed here. The Great Leader is shown directing some activities with great vigor.<\/p>\n<p>37:45 \u2013 Something about the early earth and its creation, with comets raining down and life evolving, fossils. Cuts to animatronic dinosaurs in a museum. Ah, it is a museum on natural history.<\/p>\n<p>48:00 \u2013 Two very young children playing a duet on the piano, they look to be 5-6.<\/p>\n<p>51:00 \u2013 Child (8-10) dancing with a stick, somersaulting, spinning,<\/p>\n<p>54:00 \u2013 Two very young children playing a duet on stringed instruments<\/p>\n<p>56:30 \u2013 Young girl (8-10?) choir singing a song and playing harmonica, move over K-Pop, you\u2019ve been replaced<\/p>\n<p>58:30 \u2013 More very young kids, this time boys and girls, doing an outdoors dance and song routine<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Man kann es sich heute kaum vorstellen, aber ich bin in einem Land aufgewachsen, in dem es nur zwei Fernsehsender gab.
