In dem Fall, wie im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/us-news\/2023\/may\/16\/neutraface-font-gentrification?mc_cid=6ba1a5c7e6&#038;mc_eid=d63e057ad6\">Guardian seziert<\/a>, geht es um Schrifttrends der Gentrifizierung. Konkreter um den Font <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Neutraface\">Neutraface<\/a> und die Design-Marketing-\u00c4sthetik der Gentrifizierung. At the same time, as Neutraface house numbers have become too commonplace to ignore, some now associate them (along with gray paint jobs) with neighborhoods overtaken by construction and renovations.<\/p>\n<p>That association also lends itself to other dystopian connections: cheap fixer-upper jobs done on the fly, rent hikes and people being displaced from their longtime homes.
