In Japan macht man das mit den fallenden Baumkleidern anders. Da kommt das Laub nicht auf den Kompost oder aufs Feuer, <a href=\"http:\/\/kotaku.com\/time-to-eat-fried-leaves-in-japan-1641570730\">sondern in die Fritteuse<\/a>. Zumindest ein Teil davon. Mit lecker Teigmantel. Warum auch nicht?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;The Japanese maple is called &#8222;momiji&#8220; (\u3082\u307f\u3058), and Minoo City is famous for its momiji tempura. Minoo is known for its Japanese maples. Diese werden erst ein Jahr lang in Salz gelagert. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;But! These are not just regular leaves collected off the ground and then fried. They are preserved in salt barrels for over a year.
