Bei Korzo in New York frittieren sie Burger in Lángos Teig. Und ich habe jetzt ein wenig Hunger.

Korzo’s husband-and-wife duo first met as schoolchildren in Eastern Europe. These days, they’re staying true to their roots by putting their own spin on classic Slovak comfort foods. Michael Symon stopped in to try the “Fried” Slav Burger: A grilled brisket-short rib patty is topped with beer-braised pork, sheep cheese and juniper berry-studded sauerkraut, then enveloped in a pita-like dough and fried.
