The video uses stop motion, time lapse and light drawing techniques that Matt has been using in photography. The video is shot on Bodmin Moor near a village called Minions and casts the story around the stone circles or “hurlers”. Matt wanted to juxtapose the ancient with the modern for maximum effect with the music dancing on the screen to capture the key elements of the track. With many pairs of hands to help and a hired generator, the video took 8 hours to shoot with a series of different shots using different lights and then the sunset which reversed to make look a sunrise.
