Was man für dieses durchaus ansehnliche Häuschen braucht, sind mindestens 130 m² Platz, ein paar Kumpels zum Aufbau und hier wahrscheinlich eine Baugenehmigung. Dann kann es schon losgehen und nach Angaben des Herstellers, ist der Bau in vier Tagen erledigt. Ob dann Strom und Wasser schon installiert sind, entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Ob das Bauamt das so überhaupt genehmigen würde ebenso. Aber der Bau eines sehr einfachen Hauses, das dann auch noch gut aussieht und nur 38.000 EUR kostet, ist offenbar kein Ding der Unmöglichkeit. Und die Risikokomponenten Orkan und Hurrikan lassen wir dabei einfach außen vor. Muss ja auch mal sein.
