Wenn ihr drei Stunden Zeit und Bock aus Entschleunigung haben solltet, lehnt ecuh zurück und schaut Martijn Doolaard dabei zu wie ein Jahr lang zwei Steinhütten im italienischen Piemont renoviert hat. Das nämlich ist deutlich interessanter als die Idee dazu erstmal klingen mag.

I’m one year in building a homestead in these two stone barns at this plot of land in the mountains in Piedmont, Italy. The first months I focused on the electricity, water connection and creating comfortable space to live on the land, whilst I was waiting for the building permit.

Einen Kürbiskuchen nach einem Rezept aus dem Jahr 1796 backen

Backen wie ganz früher im ASMR Stil gezeigt. Ich mag Kürbis nicht sonderlich, finde aber dieses nach alten Rezepten Kochen/Backen schon irgendwie spannend.

Recreating a custardy pumpkin pie from 1796 because why not? There was some trial and error with this one as, like usual with historical recipes, the instructions were vague but in the end it all came together! It was a fun experiment.
