Bugge Wesseltoft, der mit „Yellow is the colour“ einen Song geschrieben hat, den ich mit auf eine einsame Insel nehmen würde, wenn ich nur drei Songs dürfte, spielte hier mit Freunden im Neuköllner Heimathafen. Wäre ich gerne bei gewesen.
Norwegian pianist Bugge Wesseltoft has combined jazz and electronic music for nearly 20 years. When given the opportunity to do another collaborative project, he brought together those he considered friends and great inspirations: legendary French trumpeter and Blue Note artist Erik Truffaz, Turkish saxophonist and Nublu founder Ilhan Ersahin and New York’s eclectic DJ/Producer Joaquin “Joe” Claussell.
