Das war mal einer kreativ und die haben es nicht verstanden :D
aber is doch nett und echt nicht üblich das die bei der ablehnung noch feedback geben.
Ich würde sagen, die Person war sogar ihrer Zeit voraus.
Kann nicht mehr all zu lange dauern, bis aus Facebook Graphen Scores berechnet, die dann über Einstellung oder den Erhalt eines Kredits entscheiden.
Die Reaktion ist soo konservativ, dass ich schon fast ihre Echtheit bezweifle.
Da war der Recruiter etwas konservativ. Es kommt natürlich auf die Stelle an, aber ne 98% Ebay-Bewertung zeigt das er verantwortungsbewusst & zuverlässig ist und wahrscheinlich auch noch recht gut kommuniziert ^^ Das sagt fast mehr wie ein Studium ;)
