Sir David Attenborough freundet sich mit einem Dinosaurier an

Sir David Attenborough trifft im Natural History Museum in London auf einen riesigen animierten Dinosaurier namens Dippy. Während der animierte Dinosaurier langsam umherwanderte, erklärt Attenborough, dass Dippy eine Vegetarierin sei und was der lange Hals mit dem langen Schwanz zu tun hat.

But why was her neck so long? The most likely explanation seems to be that it helped her to reach leaves in all sorts of difficult places. But in order to reach the highest, most succulent leaves in the forest, it seems likely that Dippy would’ve reared up on her hind legs.

Kabine im Schnee und kein Brennholz vorbereitet

Ich kann nicht genau sagen, wieso, aber ich mag dieses wundersame Video irgendwie sehr. Dabei zeigt es nicht viel. Nur einen Gentleman, der eine Meile von der nächsten Straße entfernt diese einsame und spärlich ausgestattete Hütte bezieht. Es hat offensichtlich viel Schnee gegeben und er hat kein Brennholz vorbereitet. Heizen muss er trotzdem. Und dann: naja.

Angie Brown, formerly of Bizarre Inc., shares the story behind their ‘90s house anthem, ‘I’m Gonna Get You’.

Growing up in Brixton in the ‘80s, Angie tells DJ Mag about discovering her voice, and becoming a regular singer on the London club circuit. It was during this time that she was approached by a talent scout on behalf of Bizarre Inc. Meeting the production trio in a studio in Stafford, Brown didn’t initially understand how the track was going to work, having been asked to sing parts of Jocelyn Brown’s ‘Love’s Gonna Get You’ alongside some ad-libs — but only a few months later she was in the charts.
