Ameisenfallen attraktiver machen

Pat Tobin hat Ameisen in seiner Wohnung in Brooklyn. Wir wissen alle wie nervig das sein kann. Keiner möchte Ameisen in seiner Wohnung, zumal die Gefahr besteht, dass das immer mehr werden.

Pat kaufte sich deshalb ein paar Ameisenfallen, mit denen er die Störenfriede loswerden wollte. Allein: die gingen da nicht rein. Da war guter Rat nun teuer und Pat versuchte die Fallen für die Krabbeltierchen attraktiver zu gestalten. Womit man Ameisen in Großstädten halt so zu locken versucht.

Richtig erfolgreich allerdings war auch diese Strategie nicht, aber immerhin eine Ameise wollte wohl in die Falle, die mit „Sexy Ant Dancers“ geworben hat.

Wer würde da schon nein sagen?

Mohan, who is one of three Red Panda Cubs born at Symbio Wildlife Park, has created a frenzy of cuteness across the internet this morning, as footage of him losing it over belly tickles and being affectionate with Zoo Keeper Beth Sticker was released onto the Zoos Facebook Page.

Along with brothers Raja and Phingu, the trio were born on Christmas Eve and Mohan especially is certainly starting show his personality, which is abundant with super cute antics and love.

Now at 5 months old, each day at feeding time when their favourite human rings the dinner bell, they will all come a running, with Mohan proving he loves affection just as much as his belly being full.

Opossum-Mutter trägt ihre 12 Babies durch die Gegend

Als Opossum musst du manchmal schwer schleppen. Zumindest dann, wenn du gerade deine 12 Babies durch die Gegend tragen musst.

I was sitting in my office when I saw what looked to be very mangy cat, and then realized it was an opossum with 12 babies on it. I snapped a quick picture with my phone. I realized how slow she was moving and we have a 200 foot long building so I ran out of my office down to the other end of the warehouse, cracked open the exit door and lo and behold she was coming right for the door. So I pulled out the phone again and started filming as she made her way closer, and closer, and almost walked right in the door I was filming!
