Der Pub Choir hat in über 2,5 Jahren über 100.000 Menschen zusammengebracht, die so in der Summe Queens „Bohemian Rhapsody“ singen. Das ist schon sehr schön.

Erstaunlich, dass diese Gitarren-Version von Aphex Twins „Rhubarb“ nebst dazugehörigem Video seit schon 17 Jahren im Netz ist, und ich es heute zum ersten Mal gehört und gesehen habe. Da war ich noch in meinen Zwanzigern.

Also this song is about one of the most popular polish traditions – gathering mushrooms. It’s a very nostalgic thing for me, because when I was younger, I would go with my grandma to the woods very often. It’s a very relaxing thing, even if you don’t find any mushrooms. Nowadays I don’t have that much time, but I would like this video to be a remembrance of this fun activity. Also, mushroom soup is the best soup in existence.
Olomana ist eine Gruppe von drei Berggipfeln auf der Luvseite von Oahu in der Nähe von Kailua und Waimanalo in Hawaii. Während historisch nur der erste Gipfel Olomana und der zweite und dritte Paku’i bzw. Ahiki genannt wurde, nennen die meisten Menschen den gesamten Abschnitt Olomana. Hier ein Lied darüber mit Aufnahmen aus Olomana und irgendwie habe ich jetzt Fernweh.
