Lay 5 strips of bacon in a row and place a cheese sandwich (bread, cheese, bread) in the middle of the bacon strips. Wrap the bacon strips around the sandwich, all in the same direction. Lay 5 more strips of bacon in a row and fold over the sandwich, perpendicular to the last 5 strips. Sear both sides in a hot pan until bacon is cooked, around 5-7 minutes per side. Slice open and enjoy!

Erobique is a master of improvisation. In his musical performance, he enters the stage with nothing planned and ends with a small “TED Talk in Harburg” symphony tailored to the event at TEDxTUHH. Get ready for a fun performance full of unconventional ways and unusual instruments.
Carsten „Erobique“ Meyer is a German composer, musician and entertainer. He is playing the piano since the age of 8 and his compositions are used in several German theatre-, film- and television-productions, e.g. in “Der Tatortreiniger” and “Hans Dampf”. Furthermore, he acted a small part in “Stromberg – Der Film”.
As a keyboarder, he plays in the Hamburg bands “International Pony” and “Einbahnstrasse” and has moreover released a couple of solo albums.
