Der in Chesterfield lebende Duncan Robb hat neulich geglaubt, Tickest für die Red Hot Chili Peppers gekauft zu haben und überraschte seine Freundin damit. Vor ein paar Tagen war es soweit und sie flogen für das Peppers-Konzert extra nach Belfast. Erst dort stellten die Beiden fest, dass die Band, für die sie Karten hatten, nicht die Red Hot Chili Peppers, sondern die Red Hot Chili Pipers waren, eine schottische Dudelsackcoverband.
That’s right, Robb and his girlfriend had bought tickets to a bagpipes cover band. He had got the tickets for his partner as a Christmas present.
„Fast forward a month and we get the actual tickets through the post – brilliant! Up they went on the board – still nobody had noticed my mistake,“ he told Storyful. „It was only until the Wednesday before when my gf wanted to know who was supporting them. She couldn’t find anything about the Red Hot Chili Peppers performing in Belfast.“
The pair still went to the concert, and even picked up some sweet, bagpipin‘ merch.

Im nordchinesischen Dongguan ist eine Frau auf dem Bahnhof in einem Gepäckscanner gestiegen, weil sie ihre Taschen da nicht alleine durchfahren lassen wollte. Sie hatte wohl Angst, dass diese dabei wegkommen könnten. So stieg sie mit auf das Band, das durch den Scanner fährt und holte sich eine Portion Strahlung ab.
