Da hab ich beim ersten Mal in den USA auch vertan und wer verwundert, was ich da bekomme. Peperoni meint aber nicht die Schoten, die wir hier so nennen, sondern die scharfe Salami.
‘Unsere’ Salami-Pizza wird in US als Pepperoni bezeichnet.
Pepperoni = Salami
Toll jetzt hab ich Hunger, und hab nur ein olles Wurstbrot.

Pepperoni ist nicht Italienisch sondern 100% Amerikanisch.
