The Identity of „Banksy“ auf eBay

„If you win this auction I will reveal to you the true identity of ‚Banksy‘.
I have uncovered his identity by matching up the prices of his sold pieces to corresponding tax records. I will reveal no more details.

The winner of this auction is the only person that I will ever share this information with. I will simply tell you his name. I cannot offer anything more.
I give you 100% assurance that it is most certainly the full name of the street artist known as ‚Banksy‘.“

(via this isn’t happiness)

Update: eBay hat die Notbremse gezogen: „This listing (260719875075) has been removed, or this item is not available.“ Gut so.

    So´n Mumpitz…
    Identität mit Namen gleichzusetzten.

    Ich find ja viel beachtlicher den Passus:

    „I have uncovered his identity by matching up the prices of his sold pieces to corresponding tax records.“

    Hat sich da ein kleiner gelangweilter Finanzbeamter hingesetzt und Steuerunterlagen durchforstet?!

    @Kuschelbratwurst
    Ich geh´ mal davon aus,
    dass es für so´was Softwarelösungen gibt…
    Fragt sich nur,
    woher man die Datenbasis für solche Behauptungen bezieht.
    Traurig, was man so alles aus Daten machen kann, find´ ich -.-
