„As a new year is coming, we assembled our team to craft an end-of-year video that would capture viewers’ imagination.
We came up with an idea to use the perspective of a microscope/macro-lens to present the four seasons in our human world.
All editing materials are from the previous microscope/macro footages and some unused shots, including footages from color paint experiments and those of chemical reactions.“

Alltagsgegenstände in makro

Der Macro Room versucht es mal unspektakulär und makrogarfiert für das aktuelle Video Dinge, die wir täglich um uns rum haben, denen wir mit den Augen allerdings lange nicht so nahe kommen, wie das ein Makro-Objektiv vermag. Und dann entdeckt man auch schon mal die tiefe Schönheit einer Bleistiftspitze.

Wachsstifte schmelzen in makro

Alles so bunt. Und alles fließt.

„We melted crayons with a gas torch and filmed it with a macro lens! In this CRAYONS VS GAS TORCH battle we ignited the gas torch, held it next to the Crayola Crayons and allowed the melting magic to unfold before our eyes. I think it is safe to say the gas torch (gas burner) destroyed the crayons in a very satisfying way on macro video!“

Die Farbenwelt der Korallen

Ich hatte hier vor zwei Jahren schon mal ein ähnliches Video, aber Korallen in Makro und Zeitraffer gehen immer. Der Farben wegen, die es so konzentriert und individuell woanders in der Tierwelt kaum gibt. Da müssen dann schon Pflanzen ran.

In this video we have tried to show movement and the enormous chromatic beauty of corals, a kind of marine animals that despite being one of the oldest animals on our planet, are mostly unknown.

You will discover its stunning beauty, its spectacular colors and the mystery of his movements.

To capture these images it was necessary to apply the technique of time lapse as the slow movements of these animals are very difficult to see at a glance.

Dinge schmelzen in makro

Der Macro Room zählt gerade zu meinen Lieblingschannels auf YouTube. Da gibt es alles immer schön bunt und immer in makro. Heute: irgendwelches Plastikgedöns mit einem Gasbrenner zum Schmelzen bringen und ganz nahe draufhalten. Ästhetik des Zerfalls.
