Bei fairtilizer kann man sich im Stream die komplette The Knife Oper „Tomorrow, In A Year“ anhören, welche sie im September des letzten Jahres in Dänemark aufgeführt haben. Kaufen kann man sie natürlich auch. Und ich will ehrlich sein: mir gibt das so gar nichts.

Ein verdammt großartiger Mix um damit durch das Wochenende zu breaken. Shuffelnd und schleppend, ausgebraben von Meatskull.

This disc is one of the rarest Massive Attack promo discs in existence. There were only 200 copies produced and each is numbered. This disc was only given out free to the first 200 patrons of the Nocturne club in Bristol on the night of the 12th March 2002. It was the third in the series of such very limited releases from Nocturne to feature exclusive one track mixes from well-known DJ’s and musicians from Bristol. This particular one was mixed by 3D and offers a interesting look at some of his favourite songs over the years and a few, what were at the time, exclusive Massive Attack tracks…

Discogs-User fabriknos hat sich in den letzten Jahren daran gemacht, insgesamt sieben Mixe zusammen zu schustern, welche die ganze Bandbreite der 90ger Trance-Hochzeit widerspiegelt. Das gelinkt in nicht mal schlecht, zumal er den ganz großen Hardtrance-Bullshit draußen lässt. Die Playlisten lesen sich nicht mal schlecht, erinnern an lustige Nächte und an die Kassetten, die man sich damals mit solchem Sound bespielte. Das ist die volle Ladung 90s Old Schoo-Trance, die schon die Anfänge von Psy-Trance mitbringt. Eben als Trance noch gut war, denn es gab ja nicht nur den, der nicht zu ertragen war, obwohl ich zugeben muss, dass ich eben länger als eine halbe Stunde nicht geschafft habe.
